1. About BuzznessCard

BuzznessCard is a digital business card and professional networking platform that allows users to create and share personal and professional information, establish connections, and keep shared information up to date.

Among other features, the Service may allow you to:

• Create and manage digital business cards ("BuzznessCards");
• Share cards through QR codes, links, or other mechanisms made available by the Service;
• Receive and store cards shared by other users;
• Create and manage connections;
• Add contact, professional, business, and social media information;
• Add photographs, images, logos, and other content;
• Store information related to your connections;
• Synchronize certain information across devices;
• Access the Service through compatible platforms and devices.

Available features may vary depending on the device, operating system, country, application version, or subscription plan.

2. User Account

Some BuzznessCard features require the creation of an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and for maintaining the security of the credentials used to access your account.

You are also responsible for activity performed through your account, except where such activity results from a failure demonstrably attributable to BuzznessCard or where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should contact us as soon as possible.

3. Information Included in BuzznessCards

You control the information you choose to include in your BuzznessCards.

This information may include, for example, your name, photograph, job title, company, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, physical address, websites, social media profiles, and other information you choose to provide.

When you publish or share this information, you acknowledge that certain data may be viewed by the people with whom you share your BuzznessCard or, depending on the settings and features used, by anyone who has access to the relevant link or QR code.

You are responsible for deciding which information you wish to make available.

4. Sharing and Connections

BuzznessCard is designed to facilitate the exchange of information between people.

When you share a BuzznessCard, certain information contained in that card may be made available to the recipient.

When two people establish a connection through BuzznessCard, certain information may remain associated with that connection while it exists or for as long as reasonably necessary for operation of the Service.

BuzznessCard may allow changes made by the owner of a card to be automatically reflected for people who previously received or remain connected to that card.

This automatic updating is an essential feature of the Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to BuzznessCard, including text, photographs, images, logos, and other materials that belong to you.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Applause Codes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, limited to the period and purposes reasonably necessary to host, store, process, reproduce, resize, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, provide, protect, and improve BuzznessCard.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Applause Codes.

You represent that you have the rights or permissions necessary to submit the content you provide.

For example, you should not use a photograph, logo, trademark, or other content belonging to a third party unless you have authorization or another lawful basis to do so.

6. Private Content Related to Connections

Some features may allow you to store private information related to your connections, such as notes, observations, or records about a meeting.

This information is intended for your own use and will not be shared with the person related to the connection unless the Service expressly indicates otherwise or you choose to share it.

You are responsible for the content you enter in these areas.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BuzznessCard to:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Publish false information with the intent to mislead others;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other people;
• Distribute malware, malicious code, or content designed to compromise systems;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems;
• Collect information from other users through unauthorized automated means;
• Use the Service for spam or abusive communications;
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

We may take reasonable measures to prevent abusive, fraudulent, or illegal use of the platform.

8. Plans and Features

BuzznessCard may offer both free and paid features.

The features, limits, and benefits of each plan will be presented in the application, website, or interface used to subscribe.

A paid subscription is not required to use the features made available under the BuzznessCard Free plan.

We may modify available plans, introduce new plans, or change features and limits applicable to future subscriptions.

When a change materially affects a paid service that has already been purchased, we will respect user rights and obligations imposed by applicable law.

9. Subscriptions

Some BuzznessCard features may be offered through subscriptions.

When a subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment will be processed by the respective platform.

Before purchase, the application or payment platform will display the subscription name, benefits, duration, price, currency, and applicable billing frequency.

Auto-renewable subscriptions will renew and be charged again at the end of each subscription period unless canceled in accordance with the rules and deadlines of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

Billing, renewal, subscription management, cancellation, and any price changes will also be subject to the terms, policies, and mechanisms provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but will not normally terminate access to a subscription period that has already been paid for. Access will generally remain available until the end of the current paid period unless the applicable platform, applicable law, or a specific policy provides otherwise.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store may be managed or canceled using the subscription management options provided by Apple.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play may be managed or canceled through the Google Play subscription management tools.

The applicable terms and conditions of Apple or Google also apply to purchases, billing, and subscriptions processed through their respective platforms.

10. Prices

The applicable price, currency, subscription duration, and billing frequency will be displayed before purchase.

Prices may vary depending on country, currency, platform, taxes, store policies, or other applicable factors.

We may change prices for future subscriptions or renewals, subject to any notices, consent requirements, or other obligations imposed by the payment platform and applicable law.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play should be managed through the corresponding platform when applicable.

BuzznessCard will provide access or guidance within the application to help users locate the subscription management and cancellation mechanisms provided by the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

Refund requests will be subject to the rules of the platform used for the purchase and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit refund rights, withdrawal rights, or other rights that consumers are mandatorily entitled to under applicable law.

12. Service Availability

We work to keep BuzznessCard available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, connectivity problems, third-party services, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will seek to minimize significant interruptions.

13. Changes to the Service

BuzznessCard will continue to evolve.

We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the Service, comply with technical or legal requirements, enhance security, or adapt the product.

We will seek to avoid changes that unjustifiably eliminate essential paid-service functionality during an already purchased subscription period.

14. Third-Party Services

BuzznessCard may integrate with or provide links to third-party services such as social networks, map services, websites, operating systems, and other platforms.

These services are operated by third parties and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Applause Codes does not control and is not responsible for the operation, content, or availability of third-party services.

15. BuzznessCard Intellectual Property

BuzznessCard, including its software, design, interfaces, visual identity, trademarks, logos, institutional content, and other elements owned by Applause Codes, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in BuzznessCard or in Applause Codes intellectual property.

Your right to use the Service is personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and subject to these Terms.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

The Privacy Policy forms part of the relationship between you and BuzznessCard and should be reviewed to understand what information is collected, how it is used, and what rights may be exercised.

The processing of personal information by BuzznessCard is described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account using the mechanisms made available by BuzznessCard.

Account deletion may result in the removal or anonymization of information associated with you, subject to processing periods, backups, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and the regular exercise or defense of legal rights.

Certain information may be retained where preservation is required or permitted by applicable law.

18. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonable grounds exist, including:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Fraud;
• Illegal use of the Service;
• Compromise of security;
• Attempts to harm other users or systems;
• Situations in which action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may inform you of the reason for the action taken.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

BuzznessCard is provided as available and according to the features offered at the relevant time.

Although we take reasonable measures to keep the Service secure and functional, we cannot guarantee that it will be completely free from errors, interruptions, or failures.

We do not guarantee commercial, professional, or financial results arising from use of BuzznessCard or from connections established through the platform.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Applause Codes will not be responsible for indirect damages or consequences resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

We are also not responsible for the acts, statements, information, or conduct of other users of the Service.

However, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

21. User Responsibility

You may be responsible for losses resulting from content or conduct attributable to you that violates these Terms, third-party rights, or applicable law, to the extent that such responsibility is recognized under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to BuzznessCard, legal requirements, security practices, or changes to our services.

When a change is materially significant, we may provide notice through the application, website, email, or another appropriate method.

The date of the most recent update will be shown at the beginning of this document.

23. Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted to users under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located when such laws apply.

24. Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any problems directly with our users.

Before initiating a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us so that we may attempt to find a solution.

Nothing in this section limits a consumer's right to seek relief from competent administrative or judicial authorities as provided by applicable law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

26. No Waiver

A failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional conditions presented for specific features, constitute the terms applicable to use of BuzznessCard.

When BuzznessCard or a subscription is obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the terms, policies, and conditions of the applicable platform will also apply with respect to distribution, payment, billing, renewal, subscription management, cancellation, and refunds.
